• There are two different levels of cover: Travel and Travel Plus. Travel Plus has higher cover limits and additional benefits, such as Pet Cover and Business Cover.
• If you are over 65, or you, or anyone travelling has a pre-existing medical condition, we are sorry but we are unable to provide you with an online quote. You'll need to phone us and can find our telephone number on the contact us page which can be accessed from the right hand menu.
• Pre-existing medical conditions are not covered unless they have been declared and accepted by the insurer.
